The Butler high school bowling teams split their 2023-24 season opening match with New Castle Wednesday (11/29/23).

The Butler girls won 5-2. Makenzie Zimmerman led the Golden Tornado girls with a 561 series and high game of 237. Kelsee McConnell added a 537.

The Butler boys fell 4-3. David Shever led the Golden Tornado boys with a 612 series and high game of 211. Micah Potts added a 533 series and high game of 203.

Butler will host Rochester next Tuesday (Dec 5) at Family Bowlaway beginning at 3pm.
