Butler 7-8th Grade Girls' & Boys' Cross Country vs. Mars/Pine Richland @ Mars

The Butler Tornadoes girls' and boys' cross country swept through the Mars course in their meet against Mars and Pine Richland in closely matched races.

The girls' team tore through the race, but were overrun by Mars and Pine Richland. Despite the hard chase, Jennifer Cichra, Aubree Tack, and Krislyn Green finished first, second, and third for the Tornadoes.

As the Tornadoes swept through the Mars course, the boys' team cleaned up--

 sweeping away Mars and Pine Richland.  Cody Reep led the chase finishing first of 80 runners. Tyler Rekich and Ryder Kriley stayed close on his heels, crossing the finish line second and third for Butler.
