Butler Middle School Girls' & Boys' Cross Country at North Allegheny Invite

The Tornados swept over the North Allegheny Invitational. The girls' and boys' cross country teams toasted past the competition for fierce finishes from both teams.

The Girls' team finished 4th overall, led by Jennifer Cichra and Aubree Tack. Cichra finished 8th overall and Tack finished 10th overall.  Competing Lady Tornados included: J. Cichra, A. Tack, Krislyn Green, Samantha Cornell, Olivia White, Kara Kemple, and Brianna Gillis.  Both Cichra and Tack received medals. 

The Boys' team finished 2nd place overall, bringing home a team trophy for the Tornados. Competing team included: Sage Vavro, Ben Lyons, Cody Reep, Raine Gratzmiller, Tyler Rekich, Ryder Kriley, and Aidan Strobel. The Tornados were led by Sage Vavro, finishing 5th overall, and Ben Lyons, finishing 7th overall. Vavro, Lyons, Reep, Gratzmiller, and Rekich all were medal place winners.
