Registration Dates for Spring 2024 Sports: JANUARY 26 - FEBRUARY 28
The new online registration system can be confusing for first-time users. We strongly encourage families to use the step-by-step instructions during the registration process.

Dear Parents/Guardians,
GENERAL REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS Prior to any student participating in Practices, Inter-School Practices, Scrimmages, and/or Contests at any sport/team in the Butler Athletic Program, the legal parent(s)/guardian(s) of the student-athlete is required to complete the following:
1. Register Online at goldentornado.org – Click on the “Online Registration” icon to begin the registration process. Follow the instructions in the links above to ensure a smooth registration.
2. Physical Forms - The Health History form (Section 5) needs completed in its entirety and provided to the Authorized Medical Examiner performing the student-athlete's physical for review. The Physical Evaluation form (Section 6) is to be completed, signed and dated by the Authorized Medical Examiner (AME) performing the student-athlete's physical. *Please note that the physical must be performed and dated on or after June 1, 2023 and is effective until the latter of the next May 31st or the conclusion of the spring sports season. 3. Payment of Athletic Fee - One $85.00 payment per school year. You may make payment online when completing the online registration, or mail in/hand in to the Athletic Office. Mailing address: Butler Senior High School Attn: Athletic Office, 120 Campus Lane, Butler, PA 16001.
4. ImPACT Test – All student-athletes participating in a contact sport must have a valid ImPACT test on file with the Athletic Trainer’s office prior to the first official practice or tryout. ImPACT Tests are valid for a period of two years. NO ATHLETE PARTICIPATING IN A CONTACT SPORT WILL BE PERMITTED TO TRYOUT OR PRACTICE UNLESS THIS IS COMPLETE. ImPACT Testing will take place from 3-4:30pm at the Intermediate High School in Room 227 on the following dates:
